AceShowbiz - The nominees for this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards are announced. Drake leads the pack with a total of 12 nods and The Chainsmokers trails closely behind with 11 nominations. They are pitted against each other in Song of the Year.
Drake is additionally up for Male Artist of the Year, facing off Justin Bieber, Luke Bryan, Shawn Mendes and The Weeknd. Chainsmokers are vying for Best Duo/Group of the Year, having a stiff competition with Twenty One Pilots, Coldplay, DNCE and Florida Georgia Line.
Meanwhile, contenders for Female Artist of the Year are Adele, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Selena Gomez and Sia Furler. Other nominees include Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce Knowles and Calvin Harris.
The winners will be announced live from Los Angeles on Sunday, March 5 at 8 P.M. ET on TBS, TNT, and truTV. Bruno Mars is the first performer confirmed for the event.
