Harry Styles Joins Performer Line-Up for 2023 Grammy Awards

The 'As It Was' crooner, who's nominated for six awards this year, joins previously announced performers Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy, Lizzo, Sam Smith and Kim Petras.

AceShowbiz - Harry Styles has been added to the 2023 Grammy Awards performer line-up. The "As It Was" hitmaker will perform at the 65th annual awards on February 5, joining the likes of Bad Bunny, Lizzo and Sam Smith.

The announcement was made during the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, January 29 where the Kansas City Chiefs faced the Cincinnati Bengals to see who would make it to the Super Bowl. The former One Direction member is set to join previously confirmed performers Bad Bunny, Lizzo, Sam, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy and Kim Petras.

It's also rumored that Jay-Z, DJ Khaled and Adele will take the stage. The gala will be hosted by Trevor Noah and will air live from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 5. Prior to the telecast, the Grammy Premiere Ceremony will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater at 12:30 p.m. PT and will be streamed live on live.grammy.com.

Harry is nominated for six Grammy Awards this year, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Music Video for his hit "As It Was" and Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for his latest album "Harry's House".

Three-time Grammy winner Lizzo is nominated for five awards while Bad Bunny is up for three nominations. Four-time winner Sam and first-time nominee Kim are up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their duet "Unholy". Meanwhile, nine-time Grammy winner Mary J. is nominated for six awards. Brandi is nominated in seven categories, Luke is up for three awards and Steve for four.

Beyonce Knowles leads the 2023 Grammy nominees with nine nods. Kendrick Lamar is close behind with eight and Adele and Brandi are tied with seven. Four contenders enter the race with six nominations apiece, Future, Harry, Mary J., DJ Khaled and Randy Merrill. Less expectedly, Mary J. and ABBA are both up for Record of the Year and Album of the Year.
