One will agree that Oberyn Martell's (Pedro Pascal) death is the most disturbing to watch. He died at the hands of The Mountain in Tyrion's trial by combat back in a season 4 episode titled "The Mountain and the Viper".
The Red Viper was initially winning the combat, but he got ahead of himself and was caught off guard when The Mountain rose and attacked Oberyn who was busy making a celebratory ceremony. His bigger opponent easily took him down before crushing his skull into pieces with his bare hands.
