Petyr Baelish a.k.a. Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen) spent his entire time on the series manipulating others. And his death in episode 7 of season 7 was definitely one that no one would miss. Following the reunion of Sansa and Arya in the season, Littlefinger appeared to be wary about his position. He tried to make Sansa and Arya go against each other by incriminating Sansa in the whole "Ned Stark beheading" situation so that Arya might kill Sansa for betraying her family.
Fortunately, the Stark girls had experienced so much that they didn't fall for Littlefinger's trick. He pathetically cried and begged for mercy to no avail. Following the instruction of the Lady of Winterfell, Arya slit Littlefinger's throat with the catspaw dagger without even blinking.
