In the next episode, the contestants will be cut in half as only 4 of them will move to the next round.

AceShowbiz - "The Voice" season 15 returned for another episode on Monday, December 10 after last week's controversial elimination of DeAndre Nico. The new episode saw the 8 remaining singers taking the stage for one solo performance and one duet stage with fellow contestant. The contestants later will be cut in half so only 4 of them will move to the next round.

First up was Team Kelly Clarkson's Sarah Grace who opted to sing "Sign of the Times" by Harry Styles. The judges were hugely impressed by her performance. Performing next were good friends Reagan Strange (Team Adam Levine) and Kennedy Holmes, who joined forces for a rendition of Pharrell Williams' "Happy".

Team Jennifer Hudson's MaKenzie Thomas later hit the stage to perform "Visions of Love" by Mariah Carey. Despite the challenging song choice, MaKenzie nailed the performance. The second duet was brought to the stage by Kirk Jay (Team Blake Shelton) and Chevel Shephard (Team Adam). The two country singers belted out Jason Aldean's hit "She's Country".

Later, it was Kymberli Joye from Team Kelly to showcase what she's got in store. The gospel singer sang Tori Kelly's "Never Alone". Of embracing gospel, the 27-year-old said, "I'm not putting myself in a box. This is who I am!"

Performing "Can't You See" by The Marshall Tucker Band was Chris Kroeze (Team Blake). It seemed like Chris was playing safe with the song, though Blake noted the fact that he exactly knows what he's good at and what his voice is capable of were what made him special.

MaKenzie Thomas (Team Jennifer) & Kymberli Joye (Team Kelly) then teamed up to sing an upbeat gospel version of two songs, "Best of My Love" and "Got to Be Real". It was such an amazing duet by the season's two powerhouse voices.

It was followed up by Team Jennifer's Kennedy Holmes, who sang a rendition of "This Is Me" by Kealla Settle from "The Greatest Showman". Up next was Reagan Strange who sang "You Are the Reason" by Calum Scott. Prior to that, Adam attempted to explain himself following last week's backlash after he appeared to play favorite between Reagan and DeAndre. DeAndre could be seen FaceTime-ing Reagan to wish her luck prior to her performance.

Chris Kroeze (Team Blake) and Sarah Grace (Team Kelly) were the next pair to perform a duet. The two sang a mashup of "Jumpin' Jack Flash" by The Rolling Stones and "Chain of Fools" by Aretha Franklin. Later Chevel took the stage to perform "Blue" by LeAnne Rimes. Her voice melted so brilliantly into this song as she showcased her high notes to the soft, delicate yodels.

Rounding out the night was Kirk Jay (Team Blake). He ended the night with a rendition of "I Swear" by John Michael Montgomery. Blake thought the pop flare of the song is perfect for him.
