In the spoof titled 'LEAKED: Footage from Inside No. 10 Downing Street!', the 'Lord of the Rings' actor slips back into his iconic character to take a jab at the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

AceShowbiz - Andy Serkis has brought back his iconic "Lord of the Rings" character Gollum for a video mocking U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit woes.

The 54-year-old actor dressed up as the politician for the skit, which he released on his Facebook page and YouTube on Sunday, December 09 – however, when speaking it was in Gollum's distinct rasping high pitched drawl that came out to poke fun at May's attempts to get politicians to support her deal facilitating Britain's exit from the European Union (EU).

In the video, titled LEAKED: Footage from Inside No. 10 Downing Street!, Serkis says: "We's in a nasty mess my precioussss...and there's only one way out....We wants it. We neeeeds it!"

He then conducts a back and forth between his Gollum-like version of May's urgent desire to pass a Brexit deal and her better nature telling her it is a bad idea. The character is determined to push ahead with Brexit despite saying it will make the country "poorer" and blames "tricksy remainers (those who want to stay in the EU)" for trying to thwart her plans.

Serkis is a backer of the People's Vote campaign for another referendum that could reverse the outcome of the 2016 poll in which Brits decided to leave the EU. He joined an estimated 700,000 people marching in London in October in support of the idea.

"But they told us, precious, they hates the deal," Serkis' latest creation continues in the video. "All of them hates it. They wants a People's Vote. People's Vote? Argh! They steal it from us. Curse them. We hates them."

May is currently struggling to get enough MPs to support her Brexit plans.

The actor and director previously brought back Gollum to mock U.S. President Donald Trump by reading out his tweets in the character's voice.
