Meghan Trainor took to Instagram to show off her dancing skills. She uploaded some videos on her official Instagram account which show herself having dance lessons with three professional dancers seemingly in a rehearsal room.

One of the videos shows the 21-year-old singer making some awesome moves alongside the other dancers with Missy Elliott's "WTF (Where They From)" accompanying them. Meanwhile, another video sees the "All About That Bass" hitmaker dancing to Beyonce Knowles' "Grown Woman". "Part 1... can't dance with these pros haha they are amazing," so reads the caption of the video.

Trainor presumably did the dance lessons to support her performance at the upcoming American Music Awards. She previously uploaded a photo with Charlie Puth wearing the same outfit in the same place and captioned it, "Rehearsing for the #AMAs with @charlieputh."

The two will perform "Marvin Gaye" together at the event that will air live on Sunday, November 22 on ABC. Jennifer Lopez will host the awards show. Other musicians up to perform are 5 Seconds of Summer, Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, One Direction, Carrie Underwood and Walk the Moon.
