AceShowbiz - Meghan Trainor opened up about her desire to undergo a breast surgery. Having given birth to her two sons, Riley and Barry, with husband Daryl Sabara, Trainor says her body has naturally transformed post-pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Speaking on her "Workin' On It" podcast, Trainor explained, "My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they're empty and then they're full of milk and now they're empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small. I've lost some weight and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs."
Trainor acknowledged that performing live necessitates supportive bras that often compromise the aesthetic of her outfits. "What's really difficult is trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up, I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit," she noted.
The singer's decision is far from impulsive. Trainor has joked about wanting a boob job since her teenage years. "I've always joked and said for years, like, 'I can't wait till I can get a boob job.' " Despite the playful tone, the significance behind the procedure is deeply personal. She emphasized, "I have wanted this my whole life so I'm going to have boobies that don't look at the floor."
Interestingly, Trainor doesn't aspire for significantly larger breasts. She clarified, "Sorry, they're going to be tiny. I mean, it's going to be huge for my confidence." Although describing the procedure as a breast lift, she mentioned the possibility of slight augmentation, saying, "Maybe a little implant just so they're like, 'We are boobs,' because right now they are not."
Ultimately, this journey speaks to Trainor's ongoing embrace of self-love and confidence. "I love [my breasts], love my body," she affirmed. Her brother and co-host, Ryan, supported this sentiment, highlighting that her desire for this change has persisted since she was 16.
Trainor's unvarnished honesty about her body image and the steps she's taking to feel more comfortable in her own skin provide a refreshing narrative in the often critical arena of celebrity culture. For many young people, her story is an empowering reminder that embracing change for personal confidence is a legitimate and courageous path.
