AceShowbiz - LeBron James is showing his love for his wife Savannah James on a special day. While celebrating their 9th wedding anniversary, the NBA star penned a sweet message to her on his Instagram page on Tuesday, September 13.
Alongside some pictures from his Vanity Fair cover story featuring his family members, LeBron wrote in the caption, "There's King's and Queen's/Royalty in America as well and I hope I can be one of the ones who showcase that on a daily basis."
He went on to rave, "James Gang at home!!! Love our family so damn much!!!!!!!" Mentioning his kids, Bronny James, Bryce Maximus James and Zhuri James, LeBron also thanked photographer Gillian Laub and the entire Vanity Fair "team for this beautiful spread." He concluded his post with hashtags #ThekidsfromAKRON and #BlackExcellence.
The L.A. Lakers star also gave his wife a special shout-out on Instagram Story. He posted a picture of them posing together while twinning in black. The basketball player donned an all-black outfit, while his childhood sweetheart looked stunning in a plunging black dress that also featured high slit. Attaching "Happy Anniversary" and "Queen" GIFs, James wrote, "P.S. You so Damn Sexy! Wow."
In the interview for Vanity Fair, the couple discussed their parenting style with Savannah denying that they are pushy parents. Savannah said they're going through a transitional moment as Bronny, who turns 18 in October, is a guard for the high school powerhouse basketball team at his Sierra Canyon School. In February 2015, it was revealed Bronny had already received basketball scholarship offers from colleges.
Zhuri, meanwhile, has her own successful YouTube lifestyle show, "All Things Zhuri". As for Bryce, Savannah called the 15-year-old "the mystery of the family." She shared that he could go in any direction, although he also has a much-hyped basketball prospect.
Of their children's achievements so far, she explained, "With LeBron being their dad, it's just automatic. It's not something we've pushed or told them that they had to do, or anything like that. It just happened."
The athlete is currently enjoying romantic vacay with Savannah in Italy. It will be his final days of rest before he embarks on training camp with the Lakers.
