While hip-hop fans are discussing lyrics of the Compton artist's unreleased track which seemingly warn of a robbery at Roscoe's, PnB Rock's single 'Selfish' is climbing charts in the wake of his passing.

AceShowbiz - The Game's 2007 song could have saved PnB Rock's life. In the wake of the "Cross Me" singer's passing, hip-hop community has noticed how the Grammy Award-nominated artist's unreleased track "Murda" eerily predicted the Philly native's tragic demise.

"Murda" has resurfaced online following PnB Rock's murder after fans pointed out the lyrics which include a warning about robbery at Roscoe's. On the third verse of the song, The Game raps, "When you eat at Roscoe's watch out for the chain snatchers/ Take it off slow, or you might get killed/ If the Grape Streets [Crips] don't catch you, the [Rollin] 60's will/ Police don't give a f**k cuz they all RenPark/ And what happens on Crenshaw stays on Crenshaw."

The "Killafornia" anthem was supposed to be included on The Game's sophomore album "Doctor's Advocate", which was released in November 2006. The song outlines various L.A. gang territories and habits, which might explain why it got cut.

Speaking of jewelry theft, Ice-T has cited himself, The Game, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre and Kendrick Lamar as living Los Angeles legends who don't flex their wealth on the streets, highlighting how dangerous the city is. "I'm done explaining LA Gang culture... Mfs will not listen. It's not a game.. At all," he tweeted on Tuesday, September 13.

He added in a separate tweet, "People are still hitting me up about my comments about LA Gang culture. If you NOTICE, LA rappers don't wear a Lotta jewelry... Me, Snoop, Cube, Dre, Game, Kendrick..The list goes on.. It's not cause we're broke. LA is just a Dangerous place, rapper or not. Why test the streets.."

As reported before, PnB Rock was fatally shot on Monday afternoon, September 12 during a robbery in a Los Angeles restaurant. He and his girlfriend Stephanie Sibounheuang were dining at the Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles restaurant in Inglewood when the incident took place.

As fans continue mourning his death, they are apparently streaming PnB Rock's single "Selfish", bringing it to a new high on music charts. The 2006 song is currently No. 1 on Apple Music’s Top 100 USA chart and No. 2 on the Global Apple Music Top 100 chart. It peaked at No. 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and No. 21 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Chart before the latest update.
