The former 'Two and a Half Men' star has agreed to pay a woman, who sued him in 2017 for exposing her to HIV, $120,000 in $10,000 monthly installments over the next year.

AceShowbiz - Charlie Sheen is making use of his money to get rid at least one of his problems now. The 56-year-old actor has settled a years-long lawsuit with an ex-girlfriend who accused him of exposing her to HIV.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the stipulation was filed on Wednesday, August 24 in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Under the stipulation, the former "Two and a Half Men" star agreed to pay the woman $120,000 to settle the lawsuit. The settlement money will be paid to her in $10,000 monthly allowance over the next year.
The woman, who only identified herself as Jane Doe in court documents, filed the lawsuit in 2017. According to the suit, she claimed she met the "confidential male defendant" and they quickly began having sex, eventually unprotected sex.
While she never mentioned Charlie by the name in the initial documents, she did note the person she was suing announced his HIV status on national TV on November 17, 2015. That's the day Charlie went on "TODAY" and revealed his health situation.
Prior to their hookups, the woman said she questioned Charlie about whether he had any sexually transmitted diseases, to which he allegedly assured her that he was "fine." The woman said that Charlie only came clean about his HIV status after sex and told her to take two pills to prevent transmission, but told her to not believe "the convenient rumors of the medical community."
He allegedly told her, "You don't need to be on all that f**king s**t." In addition, he allegedly said to her the "Apocalypse" had "cleansed" her soul, so he wasn't worried about her contracting the virus.
During his 2015 appearance on "TODAY", Charlie revealed he found out he was HIV positive in 2011. He admitted that he "immediately wanted to eat a bullet" when he first learned of his condition, but after accepting the illness, he is "grateful" for the health care he has received since his diagnosis.
"I'm so grateful for what was available when it happened," the "Anger Management" star said in 2017, adding, "and even more grateful for what's available right now, when I'm, I'm in the middle of it, you know?" He added that some days "are better than others. But, but most days are pretty frickin' cool."
