While she might not be a professional dancer, the 52-year-old actress insists that it makes sense for her to fill the judge's seat because she loves dancing.

AceShowbiz - Leah Remini has made "So You Think You Can Dance" judging debut after Matthew Morrison's firing. "The King of Queens" alum took her seat at the judge's table for the first time in the Wednesday, June 15 episode of the dancing competition show.

Despite Leah's first appearance, host Cat Deeley kicked off the show by celebrating its 300th episode. She also introduced the three judges as normal, without acknowleging Matthew's absence.

Leah announced she would join Stephen "Twitch" Boss and JoJo Siwa on "SYTYCD" in a statement last week. "I am thrilled to join So You Think You Can Dance on its milestone 300th episode," she gushed. "I look forward to guiding these incredibly talented artists through this competition as a fan of the show and a great admirer of dancers. I can't wait to see the artistry that the contestants bring to the stage!"

While she might not be a professional dancer, Leah has the reason why she's been chosen as the judge. "Makes sense, why wouldn't I be judging!" she told Entertainment Tonight. "I love dancing, I love dancers, I love dance shows, I love artists. I got a dance studio."

"People don't know that I dance every day, but that doesn't matter. I'm not trying to, like, make myself like, 'Oh duh, I'm a dancer, I should be a judge,'" the 52-year-old added. "I'm not a dancer, but I'm a fan of the show. I love dance."

As for Matthew, he was removed from the show because he allegedly made a contestant uncomfortable by sending her some "flirty direct messages on social media." The former "Glee" star, however, has denied the allegations by saying, "It's really unfortunate that to sit here and defend myself and my family against blatantly untrue statements made anonymously, but I have nothing to hide."

Reading the message he wrote to the contestant, Matthew quoted, "Hey, it's Matthew. If you don't mind, would love to get your number and talk you through some things." He added, "I sent this because this dancer and I both share a mutual respect for a choreographer that I've known for over 20 years and I was trying to help her get a job as a choreographer on the show.... It's devastating where we live in this world where gossip rules and people's lives are being thrown around as clickbait."
