AceShowbiz - Julie Bowen is shooting her shot with Harry Styles. In a new interview, the actress portraying Claire Dunphy on "Modern Family" has revealed that she would come out of dating "retirement" for "gorgeous and sexy" singer.

When making an appearance in the Friday, January 14 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" with guest host Adam DeVine, the 51-year-old actress unveiled that she had a crush on the former One Direction member. "Word on the street is that you have a little bit of a crush, girl," said Adam, her co-star on "Modern Family", who mentioned that she once attended the "Watermelon Sugar" crooner's "Fine Line" tour last November.

"You're asking me if I'd come out of [dating] retirement for Harry Styles?" Julie responded. "Oh, hell yeah. Him? Look at him!" As photos of Harry performing on stage were shown, the "Mixtape" actress explained what she likes about the 27-year-old singer. "He's got that same energy that Twitch does where they're so gorgeous and sexy, but there's so much joy that you don't feel dirty about what's happening in your pants," so she said.

Speaking about Harry, Julie added, "He's just bringing the joy and the light and the 'Watermelon Sugar'." The Violet Valentine depicter in "Hubie Halloween" added, "You just feel good about the whole experience."

Elsewhere in the conversation, Julie weighed in on the reason behind her decision to stop dating. Talking about her current romantic life, she stated, "Very single." She then said of her pup, Gertrude Stein, whose photos were featured in the episode of the talk show, "That dog? That was my retirement gift."

"I did go on some dates and this guy was like 'You have to come to my house because I have a dog,' " Julie shared. She went on saying, "And I was like, 'I'm getting a dog, that's the trick.' Now it's on my terms."

Julie was previously married to real estate investor Scott Phillips for 13 years. They filed for divorce back in February 2018. The former spouses share three sons together, 14-year-old Oliver and 12-year-old twins John and Gustav.

As for Harry, he was linked romantically to Olivia Wilde after they were seen attending the wedding of his manager Jeffrey Azoff together. Recently, the pair reportedly took a major step in their relationship as the "Adore You" singer introduced the "Booksmart" director to his mom, Anne Twist.

One week prior to that, Harry was reportedly "slowly" getting to know his girlfriend's kids. A source revealed to Us Weekly at the time that the couple "started getting to know each other's families" as Olivia took Harry to meet her children, 7-year-old Otis and 5-year-old Daisy, whom she shares with ex Jason Sudeikis.
