The 'Kingsman: The Golden Circle' actress' beachfront home was robbed by pirates when she and her family evacuated the house.

AceShowbiz - Halle Berry has apparently been hit with a series of unfortunate events. After being forced to leave her beachfront home in Malibu due to the Woolsey Fire, the "Kings" actress allegedly learned that the property was raided by sea pirates.

The pirates arrived to the $8 million dollar mansion with a boat and ransacked the house, Radar Online reported. A source was quoted as saying, "The looters got there by boat. Literally, they were pirates! When Halle was told about what happened, she couldn't get back into the area and she was frantic!"

Expensive artworks and other treasured personal stuff belonging to Berry were said to be among the stolen items. Even though nobody was injured, the incident left the 52-year old actress too terrified to return. "This is the family home for Halle and her two kids. She spends a lot of time there, so the whole thing was very scary," an insider claimed. "She was terribly shaken up by this."

The "Monster's Ball" star herself had to evacuate her home on November 8 as wildfires ripped through Southern California. Her departure gave way to the burglars to swarm the house. "These criminals were clever," the source spilled. "They knew exactly what they were doing! They knew that the fire gave them exactly the cover they needed to pull off the job!"

Berry was not the only victim of house raids amid the wildfires. Multiple burglaries had been reported by homeowners in Malibu area. Fellow celebrity Carey Hart, in particular, made use of his Instagram account to post a warning message at potential looters. Along with a black-and-white photo of men carrying guns, he wrote, "It's unfortunate that some people take advantage of others in a crisis."

The husband of Pink went on to state, "While the malibu fires have been burning, some locals have been fighting off and defending their property against the fires. There have been sightings of looters breaking in to homes. Well, if you are a looter, think twice if you are heading back into malibu."
