AceShowbiz - Diana Ross got to spend Thanksgiving with her family despite still having to work. Being booked to perform at the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, the soul diva brought along her son Evan Ross, his wife Ashlee Simpson and their kids to the annual event on Thursday, November 22.
Also seen among her big family members was Diana's daughter and "Black-ish" star, Tracee Ellis Ross. They all bundled up in matching white outfits to protect themselves from the chilly winter weather. They were seen parading on the streets in Manhattan, New York on a float.
Diana, who was dressed in a furry coat, performed a pre-recorded version of her singing "Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time". Not bothering to use a microphone, she simply mouthed the lyrics to the Christmas song while making extravagant gestures. Her honest performance surprisingly generated positive reactions from viewers.
Ashlee wore a long fluffy stole over a winter coat and flared trousers. She also sported a knitted hat and gloves. Evan, meanwhile, opted for a sheepskin coat with trousers and athletic shoes. He was seen carrying their 3-year-old daughter Jagger in his arm, while Ashlee wrapped her hand around her son Bronx's shoulder. Ashlee shares the 10-year-old boy with her ex-husband Pete Wentz.
Also performing at the parade were John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Rita Ora, Leona Lewis and Martina McBride.
