AceShowbiz - Rumors have been swirling around the internet saying Nick Jonas is engaged to Priyanka Chopra after a whirlwind romance. Now, a new report has surfaced detailing how the youngest Jonas brother proposed to his actress girlfriend.

According to E! News, Nick popped the question shortly after he shut down a Tiffany & Co. store to search a perfect ring for Priyanka. A source tells the site that he proposed in a "very private and romantic setting with just the two of them."

After the former Miss World's winner gave her answer, which was obviously a "yes," the couple celebrated it with Joe Jonas and his fiancee Sophie Turner. "Everyone is happy," the source gushes. "They are definitely a great match."

Following rumors of their engagement, Priyanka's best friend Meghan Markle reportedly has given them her sign of approval. E! News reports that the Duchess of Sussex is "very excited" for the soon-to-be husband and wife.

Another source tells HollywoodLife.com that Meghan even hopes to be a bridesmaid at their wedding. "Meghan hopes they make amazing, gorgeous, talented babies together one day soon. Meghan can't wait to get an invite to their wedding and hopes to be a bridesmaid too!" the source shares.

"Meghan is not surprised at all that Nick and Priyanka are getting married quickly," the insider goes on saying. "She thinks Priyanka is an amazing woman and Nick would be smart to lock her down. Meghan is a fan of Nick's music too and thinks they are hot together and will be even better as a married couple."

Nick and Priyanka first sparked dating rumors back in May before making their relationship Instagram official during their trip to India, where he met the "Baywatch" star's family. Prior to dating Priyanka, Nick was romantically linked to the likes of Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Olivia Culpo.
