AceShowbiz - Another couple has taken their whirlwind romance to the next level. If a report from PEOPLE is to be trusted, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are reportedly engaged even though they only recently went public with their relationship.

According to the site, the lovebirds actually got engaged a week ago. The youngest Jonas brother allegedly got down on one knee to propose to the Indian actress while celebrating her 36th birthday in London. The site further reported that Nick closed down a Tiffany store in New York City to buy an engagement ring.

A source close to Nick tells the news outlet that the "Find You" singer is "very, very happy." The source adds, "His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they're all really excited for him. He's definitely very serious about her."

Reps for Nick and Priyanka did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Nick and Priyanka first sparked dating rumors back in May before making their relationship Instagram official during trip to India, where the former met the "Baywatch" star's family. A source told E! News that her family was supportive of her relationship with the singer/actor. "Priyanka's mom absolutely adored Nick. She thought he was very charming. Everyone adores them as a couple and is very supportive of their relationship," the source said.

Priyanka also dished on their relationship and their recent trip to her homeland of India during a recent interview. "We're getting to know each other and I think it was a great experience for him," she said. "That's what he said. I think he really enjoyed it. It was really beautiful. He had a great time."

Prior to dating the former Miss World's winner, Nick was romantically linked to the likes of Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Olivia Culpo. He was also rumored to be dating Kate Hudson back in 2015.
