The upcoming documentary will feature never-before-seen footage of the 'Fast and Furious' actor.

AceShowbiz - Paramount Network has released the first official trailer for heartbreaking documentary "I Am Paul Walker". The documentary offers audience a look at Paul Walker's childhood and his life before he became a successful actor. It also explores the late actor's dedication to humanitarian works and his enthusiasm for surfing and auto racing.

In the beginning of the trailer, young Paul can be seen smiling widely at the camera. Then, the footage shows another glimpse of young Paul riding a tricycle bike with his sister Ashlie Walker. "He liked to go fast," the sister recalls. "As soon as I was old enough to hang on tight, I was on the back of his big wheel with him, going for the ride of my life."

Paul's brothers Caleb Walker and Cody Walker also appear in the trailer. According to Caleb, "Fast and Furious" star wanted to be a park ranger before he became an actor. "He would always say he wanted to be a park ranger, you know, make $28,000 a year and live in the wilderness," the sibling reveals in the footage. "That's really what he wanted to do."

Besides Paul's family members, the trailer features interviews with directors he had work with. "That guy made the best of every single minute," says "Running Scared" director Wayne Kramer about the California native. "He lived five lifetimes." "The Fast and the Furious" helmer Rob Cohen tells the camera about Paul's love for his daughter and surfing, "My daughter, my surfing, that's the life."

Paul's co-star in "Fast and Furious" movie franchise Tyrese Gibson looks sad when he talks about him in the trailer. "If you loved him the way we did, you would say, well, why him and not us?" he says.

The late actor was killed in a tragic car accident in 2013 when the Porsche he was sitting in lost control and burst into flames after it hit a concrete lamp post. Both Paul and the car's driver Roger Rodas died in the accident.

Directed by Adrian Buitenhuis, "I Am Paul Walker" will premiere on August 11 on Paramount Network.
