The 'Bad Liar' singer has reportedly arrived in Mexico after boarding a private jet with her close friends, without Justin in sight.

AceShowbiz - It seems that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are going to spend the end of year apart. The 25-year-old star, who was reported feuding with her mother over her reunion with the Canadian pop singer, has jetted off to Cabo, Mexico for a New Year's vacation with a few close friends.
The "Fetish" singer reportedly boarded a private jet on Wednesday afternoon, December 27 with a group of her girl friends without Justin in sight. Instead, the "Sorry" crooner was spotted playing hockey in Canada on Wednesday.
Once she arrived, Selena and her friends headed straight to a private villa that features 360 degree views of the ocean blue water and an infinity pool. A source tells E! News, "She seemed very excited when she landed and was giggling with her friends and taking photos. They are all planning to do some fun dinners and spend New Year's Eve together."
Earlier this month, it was reported that Selena and her mom Mandy Teefey had a heated argument after Mandy found out that Selena and Justin were in couples therapy. Mandy flipped realizing the relationship was going to be more long-term than she thought. Selena and Mandy have since unfollowed each other on Instagram.
However, recent report suggested that Selena's relationship with her mom had been complicated in the past few years, after she parted ways with Mandy as her manager in 2014. After Selena fired her mom as her manager, "it caused a huge rift in their relationship. Mandy wouldn't even let Selena talk to her sister for a long time," revealed a source, adding that Selena and Mandy didn't speak for an "entire year" because of that.
"Mandy and Selena's stepdad [Brian Teefey] really did everything they could for Selena so when she fired her it took a toll on Mandy emotionally and professionally," the so-called insider explained why Selena's mom was so hurt by her decision.
