AceShowbiz - Emmy Rossum's house in Los Angeles was burglarized last week. An estimated $150,000 worth of jewelry and other valuable items were stolen from the "Shameless" star's safes, according to Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson Tony Im.
The incident was first discovered by Rossum's housekeeper on Friday, March 24. The employee found the power was off and a glass pane on one of the back doors was broken. The housekeeper also found two empty safes later. TMZ reported that the combinations to the safes were written down next to them.
The "Beautiful Creatures" actress was in New York when the incident happened. She later took to Twitter to give credit to the police department, which helped her handle the burglary. "Thank you to the LAPD. I fully support the police efforts and dedication," the "Dragonball Evolution" star tweeted.

Rossum is not the only victim of house burglaries. Kendall Jenner's home in Hollywood Hills was recently being robbed and it's currently under investigation. The case was categorized as a grand theft as the value amount of the missing items in the supermodel's house was estimated to be $200,000. Just a day after, Jaime Pressly's house in Sherman Oaks was also burglarized and the thieves took away jewelries and a laptop.
