One more actress is added to the "One Tree Hill" family. With Peyton Sawyer's record label coming full-fledged, the company is hiring a record executive who will be played by relative newcomer India de Beaufort.

TV Guide Magazine was informed by creator Mark Schwahn that Beaufort will join as Miranda Stone. This character is a "smart, successful record executive who has been sent to Tree Hill to oversee the day to day operations of boutique label Red Bedroom Records."

The seventh season will begin September 14 sans Hilarie Burton and Chad Michael Murray. The show has been adding more and more actors to the cast in replacement of the two long-time actors, naming some are Jana Kramer, Robert Buckley and Shantel VanSanten. In addition, Danneel Harris will be back as Rachel Gatina for at least 7 episodes starting the second one.

India de Beaufort, a U.K. born, was involved in 2007 movie "Run Fatboy Run". After that she only has one TV show airing on Comedy Central called "Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire".
