Former boy-bander Nick Lachey is back on the dating scene and has been romancing a Southern belle called Holly Letchworth, Radar Online reports. The dating news surfaces less than a month after he broke up with Vanessa Minnillo.

Nick and Holly, who is a former student at University of Louisiana, were caught on camera enjoying a night out at Stanley's Restaurant & Bar in Sherman Oaks, California, on Sunday night, July 26. "Holly is a really beautiful and smart girl and Nick Lachey is a lucky guy. She couldn't believe all the fuss and text me after their first date 'I can't believe they cannot figure out who I am?' " a friend of her testifies.

Spilling more information about Holly, the unnamed friend tells Radar Online, the 23-year-blonde used to work as a bartender at Daiquiris Supreme bar in Louisiana. She "was a really friendly bartender at Daquiris and she made a lot of money in tips from the customers," says the friend. "She is a really pretty girl with a nice figure and she likes to wear trendy outfits and always makes sure that she looks good. Her last boyfriend broke her heart, so, she is not looking to settle down and she is having fun hitting bars and in Los Angeles right now," the friend continues describing, adding that Holly once dated Jesse McCartney too.

"In my most recent conversation with her she told me that she just went on a date with Nick and nothing else happened afterwards - but they are still talking so who knows?" so claims the friend. "I think they are very well suited because he seems like he is a good guy and they are both currently single and available right now too".
