Ballers is an American comedy-drama television series created by Stephen Levinson and starring Dwayne Johnson. It premiered on June 21, 2015, on HBO. The series follows the lives of Spencer Strasmore (Johnson), a retired football player who is trying to make it as a financial manager for other athletes.
