The Oscar-winning actress who played Catwoman in 2004 has expressed her admiration for Ariana Grande's take on the iconic character in her new music video for 'The Boy Is Mine'.

AceShowbiz - Halle Berry took to social media on Friday, June 7 to share her approval of Ariana Grande's portrayal of Catwoman, the famous superhero Berry played in the 2004 movie. "Get it, Ari! [clapping hands] Living," Berry tweeted.
Berry included a clip of Grande modeling a cat-ear mask and exploring a Gotham-like cityscape in the video. Grande has a history of incorporating famous films into her music videos, previously referencing "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" for her hit single "We Can't Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)."
In "The Boy Is Mine," Grande pays homage to the comic book feline, who has also been portrayed on screen by Anne Hathaway, Michelle Pfeiffer, and others. Grande's performance features a leather dress and a whip as she infiltrates the apartment of Penn Badgley's character, a politician with whom she is infatuated.
The video includes guest appearances from Brandy and Monica, a nod to their own 1998 duet of the same name.
