After disturbing visions, Allison believes a bomb will go off in an office building at 9:18AM, but doesn't know which day. Linking a vision of Scanlon's coffee stained shirt to the explosion, the bomb squad and police evacuate the office building, but it's a false alarm. A severed hand is that of the building inspector, Gavin. Gavin was about to blow the whistle on the building developer, Rob, who cut corners in construction. Gavin determines the building is unsafe so Rob decides to blow it up and make it seem like a terrorist attack as a cover up. Marie and Bridgette have been tagging a neighbor's foreclosed house in their sleep. Joe discovers the owner needs a few days before being able to buy it back, and spray paints graffiti to help them.
