Synopsis

The Duncan's (sans a "sick" Teddy) decide to take a quick summer vacation trip to a house on Dead Man's Lake. Unfortunately, they get more than they bargained for when creepy things start happening, and they are slowly convinced that the house is haunted. Meanwhile, Teddy is back home conspiring with Ivy to have a house party without her parents finding out.
