Gary Unmarried Episode 2.14 Gary Lowers the Bar

As Valentine's Day approaches, Gary's attempt to give Sasha the perfect gift goes awry.

A Story: Valentine's Day approaches and Gary discusses with Curtis what to give Sasha as a gift. Since their relationship is new, Curtis tells Gary not to go overboard on a gift. By setting the bar low, as their relationship progresses, Sasha's expectations of future gifts will not be unrealistic.

Knowing that Sasha loves to play tennis, Gary's Valentine's gift is a matching pair of wrist and headbands.

When Sasha gifts Gary with an autographed baseball card of one of his favorite players, Gary realizes that his gift blows and tells Sasha that her real gift is waiting at his home for her that evening.

Gary quickly purchases a gold locket and gives it to Sasha. Sasha is thrilled with the locket and immediately puts it on. Gary's in the kitchen chilling champagne when Allison drops by. Taking off her scarf, Sasha sees that Allison is wearing the same locket that Gary just gave her. Allison explains that Gary give the locket to her as a gift a few years ago. Angry, Sasha leaves. Gary returns to the living room and finds Allison, wearing the gold locket.

Gary follows Sasha to the arcade and apologizes. They make up.

B Story: Allison feels threaten by Sasha with her kids. Now that they're dating, Sasha has been spending time with Tom and Louise and doing fun things with them.

When Sasha gets tickets to an arcade for her, Gary and the kids - Allison is reluctant to let them go but relents. But when the kids disobey her, she grounds them and tells them the arcade is out. Allison plan to treat her kids to junk food and scary movies worries the kids because this is not their mother. Allison relents and lets them go to the arcade with Sasha and Gary. She shows up and on a dare rides a mechanical bull.
