AceShowbiz - T-Pain has entertained many with his recent show. After offering an epic performance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the "Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin')" hitmaker was touted to headline a Super Bowl Halftime Show.
On Thursday, November 28, the 40-year-old singer joined the parade to deliver a medley of his biggest hits. He belted out "Good Life", "Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin')", "Low" as well as "All I Do Is Win", which he created with DJ Khaled and released back in 2010.
During his particular performance of "Low", T-Pain, whose real name is Faheem Rashad Najm, was joined by a group of backup dancers. The singer and the dancers stepped on what appeared to be a Turkey float, which was decorated with yellow and green ornaments.
As T-Pain delivered the song, the backup dancers showed their skills in dancing, performing complex choreography. While some of them performed on top of the float, the rest danced on the sides. Meanwhile, the singer walked around the float before he stopped to show his dance moves.
While the backup dancers looked in sync in their glittery gold outers, T-Pain opted to wear a thick green coat. He also sported a gold top underneath the jacket. He completed the look with a green-and-red hat, shawl, which was fully covered in green fur, and a pair of sparkling earrings. He also put on a pair of clear glasses and black gloves.
After his performance, T-Pain received positive online responses from many. One in particular asked, "Can we start a petition for T Pain to do the Super Bowl halftime show?" Another wrote, "T-pain just played what would realistically be his super bowl halftime show set." A third added, "T-Pain just won the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. This medley performance got the party going early this morning."
Aside from T-Pain, Billy Porter had an extravagant performance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. He kicked off the event by delivering "Ease on Down the Road" from "The Wiz". However, he was bombarded with backlash for allegedly not knowing how to lip sync well.
