In a recent appearance on the "Bussin' with the Boys" podcast, Kelce discussed his upcoming television projects and his reticence towards reality TV. "After Pat did it, I did get asked about it. I don't know. I'd rather just play ball, man. I'm already doing enough with the podcast and everything," Kelce stated, referring to teammate Patrick Mahomes' role on the Netflix series "Quarterback" that streamed in 2023.
Kelce humorously added, "I'm way over the reality s**t. I'm out on that s**t." This bold statement highlights his changed stance, juxtaposing his current priorities against his earlier engagement in reality TV. Back in 2016, Kelce was the star of the E! reality dating series "Catching Kelce", an endeavor he later described as "extremely awkward."
In lieu of additional reality television, Kelce is channeling his energy towards other media ventures. He co-hosts the popular podcast "New Heights" with his brother Jason Kelce which is currently being considered for a potentially lucrative distribution deal. Furthermore, Kelce is slated to host the upcoming Amazon Prime Video show "Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?".
Adding another feather to his cap, Kelce will make his acting debut on the FX series "Grotesquerie". He described the mystery-horror show as an exciting venture, "I'm excited to dive into the acting world a little bit."
