AceShowbiz - Ja Rule and his wife Aisha Atkins's love story actually dated back to their times in middle school. Speaking with Ebony magazine back in 2002, the rapper said that "the first time I met her I was getting off the school bus, and she was the new girl in school."
The couple tied the knot in 2001 and share three kids together. While they might have it easy to find love in each other, they spent almost two years apart when Ja Rule was in prison for tax evasion and illegal gun possession. He was released in 2013.
