AceShowbiz - Chris Young had a message for trolls in the wake of his recent arrest in Nashville. After he was freed from all charges, the country music star told people to stop coming at him as he was innocent.

Making use of TikTok, the 38-year-old posted a video when a Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent pushed him, prompting the singer to tumble over a bar stool at the Dawg House bar.

On the top of the clip, Young penned, "For all the trolls saying, 'Don't touch a cop.' I didn't." He then emphasized in the caption, "Stop coming at me."

Fans rallied around the musician in the comments section of his post, with one follower writing, "Thank goodness they had cameras! This is ridiculous, I'm sorry this happened to you." Another said, "I'm so sorry this happened to you. I had a feeling there was more to the story and I'm glad it was recorded. Still a fan and can't wait to see you in concert."

Young was detained and charged with disorderly conduct, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest following the scuffle on January 22. He was released on bonds of $250 for disorderly conduct, $1,000 for resisting arrest, and $1,250 for the assault charge.

Nashville District Attorney Glenn Funk has revealed that no charges will be filed. He said in a statement, "Regarding the Chris Young incident - After a review of all the evidence in this case, the Office of the District Attorney has determined that these charges will be dismissed."

After the arrest, Chris' attorney, Bill Ramsey, told PEOPLE in a statement, "What happened to my client Chris Young at a bar in Nashville on Monday night was wrong, and he never should have been arrested and charged in the first place." Ramsey added, "In light of the video evidence, Tennessee ABC needs to drop the charges and apologise for the physical, emotional, and professional harm done towards my client."
