The videographer, who was a contestant in the 19th season of the ABC dating show, shares his side of the story when appearing on the 'Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation' podcast.

AceShowbiz - Logan Palmer has set the record straight. The videographer, who was a contestant in the 19th season of "The Bachelorette", addressed conspiracy "theories" about his abrupt exit from the show in the Thursday, September 1 episode of the "Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation" podcast.

"This is not something I expected to get this reaction it has. There's, like, these very creative, very artistic theories about what actually happened to me," the 26-year-old shared. "I did indeed get a positive COVID test."

"I [was] back on the ship … and I'm getting my suit ready and [the producers] were like, 'Logan, step away. Go to your room right now,' " he recalled. "Luckily, the rest of the guys [who were on the date] were OK."

Logan admitted that he "was just as bummed out and just as underwhelmed [by] that exit as everyone else who was watching." He then explained, "After all that, after the emotional roller-coaster that I put other people through, after the emotional roller-coaster that I was on, for it to end that was like an absolute dart to my heart. … It was terrible."

Despite his unwanted departure, Logan confessed that he loved to see the fan theories about it. "I'm not a producer plant," he said, before joking, "People think I'm like Nicolas Cage from 'National Treasure' with some massive plan. [Or] some massive conspiracy."

Logan previously revealed that he left "The Bachelorette" not just because of his COVID-19 diagnosis. He admitted that he has "struggled" with his well-being since he was 12 and competing on a reality TV show makes it "more difficult" than he "ever thought possible."

Prior to his exit, Logan switched from Rachel Recchia's group of suitors to that of her co-lead Gabby Windey. Thus, he apologized to Rachel for adding "more difficulty to an already challenging journey." He went on to note, "That was never my intention, but it was inspiring how strong you were through it all."
