AceShowbiz - Benzino apparently has a lot of questions regarding LGBTQ+. During an interview with VladTV, the 56-year-old rapper speaks on homosexuality as he also talks about his daughter Coi Leray's sexuality.
"When I grew up in Boston... I didn't grow up around people who were gay," he admitted. "I rarely seen it."
The "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star went on to question what causes someone to become gay. "I think the biggest thing is, how does somebody become gay?" the rapper asked.
Benzino then applauded his daughter Coi for clarifying that she isn't lesbian. "Coi making that statement kind of gives a little clarity to the situation... You think to yourself, 'Well why did she think that?' Because there was nobody gay in our family for her to grow up around to be gay," he said.
The "Twinnem" hitmaker made comments on her sexuality during an Instagram Live with Nicki Minaj following the release of their joint single "Blick Blick". When asked if she's lesbian, Coi replied, "No, I like d**k."
The "Super Bass" rapper then asked if she was bisexual, to which Coi responded, "No, i ate p***y before though, but it just wasn't for me."
When it comes to sexual partners, Coi made it clear that she prefers men. "You know what it is, I like a man's touch. I like aggression so a girl can't really give me that aggression," shared the "No More Parties" raptress.
Nicki then suggested that women can be aggressive too as she name-dropped Young M.A as an example. "Is that aggressive enough?" she asked Coi. While Coi said she finds the "Ooouuu" rapper "cute," she pointed out, "I'd rather just date a boy."
