AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen may need to think twice before posting photos on her social media platform. The wife of John Legend has been facing backlash after sharing a snapshot in the bathtub with her kids.
On Thursday, December 9, the 36-year-old mom shared a picture that saw her taking a bath with her 5-year-old daughter Luna and 3-year-old son Miles. In the caption, she wrote, "not pictured: endless bickering."
The photo, however, sparked debate over whether Chrissy's kid-friendly bath was appropriate or not in the comment section. One social media user wrote, "Nope! Not appropriate in front of your son!" Others questioned why she would make the photo public. One commented, "Some aspects of your life you should keep to yourself, Chrissy," while another person added, "Not everything is for the world to see. Smh."
In the meantime, some of Chrissy's fans defended her. "Being naked isn't sexual unless you do something sexual while naked," one person argued. "If you think that boy is gonna look at his mom's naked body and think sexual thoughts then that says more about your depravity than it does anything else. The naked body is natural. Not everything is about sex."
"Haters gonna be after you for this pic! Which makes me wonder that they are the problem. I see this and all I see is love and the fond memories and bonding you have with your kids," a second added. Meanwhile, a third simply wrote, "Photos of real life! Love it."
Prior to her bathtub photo, Chrissy landed in hot water after she got honest about the eyebrow transplant surgery that she underwent to enhance her look. In one of the clips she posted, she showed her look before the procedure while explaining why she chose to undergo the surgery, where hairs are taken from the back of a patient's head and placed on the face to create a fuller set of brows.
Shortly after, Chrissy was slammed for being "so out of touch with reality it's literally disgusting." One critic wrote via Twitter, "The things I see you post are non relevant. I always tell my 11 yr old not to look up to people like you or your type. You're seriously cancer. BTW, this is totally in response to the eyebrows post."
Another person tweeted, "Who give a dam! All these people suffering and trying to pay they bills. They have real problems. I don't have eyebrows. I have thyroid disease. And I don't care. That a real problem." The said person concluded the post as saying, "Chrissy needs to disappear. For real."
Clapping back at the harsh comments, Chrissy asked, "WHY are people so f**king riled up over any little thing I do?" The "Chrissy's Court" star went on to warn her haters, "You're gonna give yourselves a heart attack."
