The 'Let Me Blow Ya Mind' rapper debuts her baby bump as she and her husband announce they are due to welcome their first child together, whom they lovingly dub 'lil human,' in February 2022.

AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Eve and her husband Maximillion Cooper. The couple is finally expecting their first child together after more than a decade together and being married for more than 7 years.

Both expecting parents took to their respective Instagram pages to share the good news. Along with the announcement, they posted two pictures that featured the mom-to-be cradling her baby bump. One of the shots gave a close-up look at her growing belly, which was dressed in a black outfit.

No longer able to keep it a secret, Eve wrote in the caption, "Can you believe it @mrgumball3000 we finally get to tell everyone!!!!! You all know how long we'v been waiting for this blessing!!!" She added that her baby is due in February next year as writing, "We get to meet our lil human February 2022."

Maximillion echoed his wife's sentiment as he captioned his own post with, "Very excited to share this news… we have a lil human on the way!"

The comments section of Eve's post has since been flooded with congratulatory messages from her famous friends, including Naturi Naughton who wrote, "Yessss!!! I'm so glad it’s out! Congratulations girl!!! soo happy for you guys."

Yvonne Orji excitedly commented, "LOVE LOVE LOOOVVEEE! Congrats mama!!" Missy Elliott, who collaborated with Eve on 2002's song "4 My People", was also happy for the couple as writing, "Awwwww Congratulations sis!!!!!!"

Eve and Maximillion began dating in 2010 before getting engaged in December 2013. On June 14, 2014, they tied the knot in Ibiza, Spain. She has since become a stepmother to the British entrepreneur's four children from his previous marriage to businessperson Julie Brangstrup.

Back in December, the 42-year-old raptress revealed how she adjusted to being a stepmom. "It's been now 10 and a half years I've been in their lives and they've been in my life. They've grounded me. In the beginning, when I first met my husband, then-boyfriend, I was like, 'This is never gonna last because you got four kids! How's this gonna work?' " she told PEOPLE. "But then I met the kids and honestly was like 'Wow, kids are amazing.' "

"I will say it took years, though, I'm not gonna lie," the former co-host of "The Talk" went on sharing. "It did take two or three years to adjust, just our relationship with the kids. But I have to say I'm very lucky. I feel very, very lucky that I had my insta-kids - I call them my bonus children!"
