The 'Almost Christmas' actress, who was under fire over her comments about wearing bonnets in public, draws backlash once again for posting a stranger's photo for the sake of debating.

AceShowbiz - Mo'nique has sparked backlash once again for her comments about public wear. After sharing a picture of a black woman wearing what appeared to be a plastic bag while she's at the airport, the "Almost Christmas" star got dragged by her online fans.

The 53-year-old actress posted the photo in question on her Instagram page on Sunday, June 27. In the accompanying message, she first wrote, "Hey BEAUTIFUL QUEENS. NO SHAMING. If this is the BEST YOU CAN DO NO JUDGMENT DO YOU."

"This was sent to me as an example of what we're talking about that goes on in our community," she continued. "However if this is not your BEST, than do BETTER! Being that ultimately the decision either way is yours. I LOVE US 4REAL."

Mo'nique was quick to draw criticism from her followers. One in particular argued, "Firstly, that's NOT a bonnet. It's a plastic bag. Secondly, let's stop taking photos of strangers and posting it on the internet with sole purpose of debating whether or not we think they look presentable." Another claimed, "This is cyber bullying."

The negative comments continued with one stating, "You are dead wrong for posting a pic asking for public scrutiny. One thing she is doing that we ALL should be doing is minding our business. She did not authorize this pic." Tanisha Thomas of "Bad Girls Club" chimed in, "You never know what's going on in ppls lives behind closed doors. So I choose to judge her on the content of her character not her temp outside appearance."

In late May, Mo'nique came under fire for urging black women to look "presentable" and advising them to not wear bonnets, head wraps, slippers and pajamas in public. Despite the heat, she doubled down on her remarks by explaining in an Instagram video, "The post that I did Friday in reference to us being the best us that we can be, it rubbed some people wrong, but I want to share this with yall."

"There were two people in my life that had I taken a different attitude, I could have felt they was rubbing me wrong," the comedienne further elaborated. "But I'm glad I took the attitude of appreciation and gratitude because they tapped me. And that was Patti LaBelle and Margaret Avery."

"I'm glad those two women love me enough that they would go out of their way to talk to me in a way that aunties, mommas, big sisters talk to their little sisters, nieces, grandbabies, [and] daughters," she added. "So for you babies that have taken offense to what I said, I'm okay with that... And when yall say, 'We will cancel yo a**.' Well, they've tried that, and I'm still here to let yall know I love you and ain't nothing you can do about that."
