The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' actress reportedly has her money taken from bank on a court-ordered writ to cover her debts after she's sued by American Express.

AceShowbiz - Tori Spelling reportedly had money taken from her bank account to cover her American Express debts back in April (20).

According to Us Weekly, the transaction was a result of a court-ordered writ executed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in March.

The 47-year-old actress has been taken to court by American Express on two occasions - once in 2016 over a $88,731.25 (£70,086) debt, and another that year for an outstanding amount of almost $38,000 (£29,800).

It's unclear how much the "BH90210" star owed the company at the time of the writ being issued.

Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have made no secret of their financial struggles, and are also facing a lawsuit from City National Bank, alleging the couple owes them nearly $189,000 (£148,000).

The parents-of-five also owe $282,000 (£221,000) in back taxes to the state of California.

Spelling has yet to address the latest drama on her social media pages.
