AceShowbiz - Rick Ross' court date for 50 Cent's ongoing lawsuit against his former law firm has been postponed until next month (Apr20).
Rapper 50 has alleged the law firm Reed Smith and attorney Peter Raymond sabotaged proceedings of his legal battle with Lastonia Leviston, who won a $7 million (£5.6 million) lawsuit against the In da Club star after he posted a sex tape featuring her and a partner having sex online and added his own commentary.
50, real name Curtis Jackson, claims his lawyers' faulty handling of the case forced him to file for bankruptcy, and alleged they failed to secure testimony and evidence from Ross, who 50 claims posted the video of Leviston first.

Court officials added any deposition should be done via video, according to the New York Post's gossip column Page Six.
50's lawyer, Imran H. Ansari, had previously said when the deposition date was initially set: "Rick Ross has been trying to duck this deposition since last year, and having not shown up for a hearing before a federal judge in Georgia last week, we are pleased with the judge’s decision to put an end to his evasiveness by making him accept a subpoena from my client and testify."
