The record producer and DJ treats his Instagram followers to an adorable photo of his firstborn Asahd lying in bed next to his newborn little brother, who is sleeping soundly.

AceShowbiz - DJ Khaled has treated his fans to the first look at his second child. A little over a week after he and his wife welcomed the latest addition to their family, the record producer/DJ introduced newborn Aalam to the world by letting out a photo of the baby boy on social media.

Making use of his Instagram account on Tuesday night, January 28, the 44-year-old posted a picture of his baby boy swaddled in blankets as he slept on a bed next to his 3-year-old brother, Asahd, who looked down at him. Along with the sweet shot, the proud father wrote in an accompanying caption, "BROTHERS ! ASAHD ! And AALAM !"

The Justin Bieber-collaborator for "I'm the One" went on to offer details of Aalam's birth. Noting that his boy arrived at 11:42 P.M. on Monday, January 20, he added that the newborn weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces. He then exclaimed, "WE THE BEST ! MORE LOVE MORE BLESSINGS !"

Hours later, the "All I Do is Win" hitmaker returned to the photo-sharing site to further share the meaning behind his second son's moniker. His post revealed that Aalam is "an indirect Quranic name for boys and girls that means 'world.' "

Prior to releasing his baby boy's photo on Instagram, Khaled made public the name he chose for his second child at the 2020 Grammy Awards on Sunday, January 26. "First of all, God is the greatest, thank you God," he began his acceptance speech after winning the Best Rap/Sung Performance for his hit "Higher" which features John Legend and the late Nipsey Hussle.

"I want to thank my beautiful queen Nicole [Tuck]. I just had a new baby boy a week ago. It means 'the world' in Arabic." the "Wild Thoughts" hitmaker continued. He went on to give a shout out to his first son, Asahd. "And I also want to big up my other son, Asahd. I love you so much. Daddy'll be home [soon]," he said.

The DJ who made an appearance in "Bad Boys for Life" first revealed he was set to be a father again in September 2019. At the time, he posted a video of his wife Nicole undergoing an ultrasound exam. "Just when I thought life couldn't get any better, I received another blessing that my queen is expecting an addition to our legacy," he noted. "I'm feeling more inspired than ever now..."
