AceShowbiz - Jessica Biel has been spotted out for the first time after Justin Timberlake was caught cozying up to his "Palmer" co-star Alisha Wainwright. The former "7th Heaven" star was photographed out and about in Los Angeles on Friday, November 22.

In a paparazzi picture, the 37-year-old actress' face looked stoic as she wore sunglasses and dressed casually in a chic jacket over a white top, dark pants and flats. She was holding an oversized pillow and "Transformers" toy while walking with someone who was holding a backpack.

The picture was taken on Friday, a day after her husband Justin was seen getting a little too close with his co-star Alisha. It's likely that Jessica hadn't been aware of the hookup rumor at the time since Justin and Alisha's intimate pictures didn't surface until Saturday, November 23.

In one of the photos obtained by The Sun, Alisha was seen resting her hand on the former NSYNC member's knee. In another photo, meanwhile, the "Say Something" singer was seen holding the 30-year-old actress' hand on his knee. His wedding ring was noticeably absent from his finger.

"They were smiling and laughing," an onlooker said. "At one stage he grabbed her hand and rested it on his knee. She then gently started stroking his leg. Then he clutched her hand with both of his and was playing with her hands."

Despite the intimate pictures, a rep for Alisha played down the hookup speculation. "There is no validity to this speculation. They are currently working on a project together. Members of the cast and crew were all together," the rep stated.

A source additionally told PEOPLE their night out was "completely innocent." The source added, "It's a balcony with a group of people and it was definitely nothing happening. He's down there shooting [his film] 'Palmer', they're starring in the movie together and they're cool and everybody was just hanging out."

Neither Justin nor Jessica has responded to the cheating allegations. The couple tied the knot in 2012 and they share a son, 4-year-old Silas.
