"Another year to make memories that I keep sacred in my heart," she wrote, reflecting on their 13 years of marriage. "Another year of joy and challenges being a parent with you. Another year together being curious and creative in the world."
The mother of two proceeded to candidly address the complexities of their relationship, adding, "Another year growing and evolving and sometimes devolving, with you. Another year laughing about it all."
This display of affection comes amidst a series of challenges for the couple. Earlier this year, Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving under the influence, an incident that reportedly upset Jessica Biel.
"She was not happy," a source told People, adding that Timberlake had taken steps to make amends for his actions. He issued a public apology and subsequently pleaded guilty to the charge.
The couple's relationship has also faced scrutiny following the release of his ex Britney Spears' memoir, which detailed a secret abortion during their romance because he was not ready to be a father.
