Jessica Biel returns to filming her new television series 'The Better Sister' in New York City just days after her husband pleaded guilty to a noncriminal traffic violation of driving while impaired.

AceShowbiz - On Wednesday, September 18, Jessica Biel returned to filming her new television series, "The Better Sister", in New York City, just days after her husband Justin Timberlake pleaded guilty to a noncriminal traffic violation of driving while impaired.
Biel, 42, appeared cheerful as she was spotted filming a scene for the Amazon Prime Video show. She wore a sleeveless green turtleneck with a navy floral print, a chic midi skirt with gold buttons down the front, and thigh-high slits.
The Golden Globe nominee's upcoming series is based on Alafair Burke's novel of the same name. Biel plays Chloe, whose estranged sister Nicky (Elizabeth Banks) is drawn back to her family after her "handsome lawyer husband" Adam is brutally murdered.
Meanwhile, Timberlake accepted a $500 fine to avoid a drunk driving charge stemming from his arrest in the Hamptons on June 18. He initially faced a DWI charge, but will admit to Driving While Ability Impaired instead.
Hours after Timberlake's arrest, Biel was seen filming "The Better Sister". She has since been spotted on set wearing different outfits, including a corset top and long skirt, and a striped tan and black dress.
Biel's return to work comes amidst criticism from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), which expressed disappointment that Timberlake's plea deal resulted in a lesser charge and community service. MADD advocates for anti-drunk driving technology in all new vehicles to prevent impaired driving.
