AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen has always been open with the world about the things that are happening in her life, including an ailment that she has been suffering. The cookbook author recently took to Twitter to detail a health ailment that made her arm uncontrollably twitch.

Along with a video of her arm, Chrissy wrote on the micro-blogging site, "Hello my arm won't stop doing this after I stretched funny." Explaining how it felt, she added, "Numb, not painful but feels extremely heavy and gives out easily. I tried cupping (the marks) but no go. It has been 3 days and I can't lift my babies."

Concluding her post in her very own fashion, the "Lip Sync Battle" co-host stressed that she didn't post it to ask for her followers' help and advice. Instead, she wrote, "I don't need help just want attention."

Still, people have been flooding the reply section with suggestion, as many are advising Chrissy to go see a doctor. "Stop with the woo first. Cupping does nothing. Then go see your doctor," one said. There was also an individual who jokingly said, "I would say at least 8% of my bodily problems are resolved with a good pop. Have you tried that." Chrissy answered it with an equally funny message, "I have never pooped in my life, SIR."

Chrissy has apparently gone to see her doctor, who didn't seem to be pleased with the advice that her online devotees gave to her. "My doctor doesn't want me to talk to u guys anymore he thinks u are crazy. I tried to tell him nO! They are doctors!!!!" she said in a separate tweet.

Seeing her video, Chrissy might be suffering from muscle twitching. According to Healthline, muscle twitching involves small muscle contractions in the body that can occur following physical activity. It's also said that the ailment can be caused by stress and anxiety, consuming too much caffeine, vitamin D, vitamin B and calcium deficiencies and dehydration.
