Many are speculating that the 'Power Trip' rapper taking a jab at the Yeezy founder for igniting beef with Drake for clout.

AceShowbiz - It looks like J. Cole is reigniting his feud with fellow rapper Kanye West. Cole, whose real name is Jermaine Lamarr Cole, successfully gets the Twitterverse talking when he released his new song "Middle Child" on Wednesday, January 23.

The new tune finds the rapper showing off his support for the likes of 21 Savage, Jay-Z, Kodak Black and Drake, claiming that he takes on the role of "little bro and big bro all at once." In his verse about Drizzy, he raps, "Just put the Rollie right back on my wrist/ This watch came from Drizzy, he gave me a gift/ Back when the rap game was praying I'd diss/ They act like two legends cannot coexist."

While he clearly expresses admiration for the "God's Plan" hitmaker, it apparently isn't the same with Kanye. Seemingly taking a shot at the "Gold Digger" rapper, Cole continues delivering his verses, "But I'd never beef with a n***a for nothin'/ If I smoke a rapper, it's gon' be legit/ It won't be for clout, it won't be for fame/ It won't be 'cause my s**t ain't sellin' the same/ It won't be to sell you my latest lil' sneakers/ It won't be 'cause some n***a slid in my lane."

The line didn't go unnoticed by many people, who were convinced that it was directed at Kanye and Pusha T, the latter of whom infamously had beef with Drake last year. "J. Cole went straight at Pusha T and Kanye West on that track like damn. Man did not have to go off like that," one user tweeted. "J. Cole throwing shots at Kanye and Pusha. This is interesting," another similarly said.

Some other convinced fans, meanwhile, weren't happy by how Cole said that Kanye was only beefing Drake for clout on the song. "J. Cole is a hypocrite, where did Kanye and Pusha did any of this for clout? Drake dropped the 1st full on diss record. Kanye twitter storm was about legit threats about Drake spreading rumours bout kim, how you mad at ye for exposing that," one individual said.

"J. Cole had an absurd and hypocritical take on False Prophets. If this is also about Kanye, it's also absurd and holier than thou in a gross way," one other wrote.

Cole has yet to respond to the speculation.
