The 'Tik Tok' singer's post, in which she pledges to love her imperfections, inspires others to share their own make-up-free selfies with some talking about loving their freckles.

AceShowbiz - Kesha (Ke$ha) has vowed to "love myself" after posting a make-up-free selfie displaying her rarely seen freckles.

The "Tik Tok" singer posted a close-up picture to Instagram revealing her stunning barefaced complexion on Tuesday, January 15, and told her followers that she planned to embrace herself, flaws and all, in 2019.

"This year my resolution is to love myself," she captioned the post. "Just as I am, all f**ked up and imperfect and whatever else. And to let my freckles liiiiiiiive (sic)."

Comedian and pal Amy Schumer commented, "You are so gorgeous!"

Her candid post prompted her fans to post their own make-up-free selfies, with one writing: "Girl I love your freckles I so wish I was younger When you debuted cause I've spent years getting rid of mine cause I was bullied for them! Now I miss my freckles."

While another added, "Freckles are literally so pretty, I love mine and even when I hated the way I looked the one thing I liked about my body were my freckles. Lucky I learned to love myself and my body."

Her self-affirming post showed the 31-year-old singer has made a positive start to the year despite her ongoing legal battle with her former mentor Dr. Luke.

The singer has been locked in a bitter legal battle with the music producer since 2014, when she attempted to sue him for the reported sexual, physical, and emotional abuse she allegedly endured during the 10 years they worked together at the start of her career.

Luke vehemently dismissed her accusations and subsequently countersued Kesha for defamation.

Kesha is gearing up to set sail on her inaugural "Weird & Wonderful Rainbow Ride", a four-day cruise from Tampa, Florida, with a stopover in Nassau, Bahamas, in February, while her empowering anthem "Here Comes the Change" appears in new film, "On the Basis of Sex", the biopic about Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
