AceShowbiz - Nick Jonas and fiancee Priyanka Chopra enjoyed their first date after their engagement party by going out for a brunch on Sunday, August 26. The happy couple, who just returned from their trip to Mumbai, India, was spotted walking side-by-side on the streets in Los Angeles, California.
Looking casual, Nick opted to wear a blue shirt, gray skinny jeans and white sneakers for the brunch date. Priyanka, meanwhile, looked sexy in her high-waist jeans and a black blouse with a plunging neckline, which exposed her matching bra. She completed the look with a pair of high heels. The couple also sported dark sunglasses as they made their way to high-end restaurant Nobu.
The "Camp Rock" actor and the "Quantico" star seemed to be inseparable after they announced their engagement on Saturday, August 18. The pair reportedly will head to Italy soon to attend a wedding.
"Priyanka completed the first schedule of Shonali Bose's 'The Sky is Pink' with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim earlier last week and will now only join them again towards the end of September. She had stayed back to complete some prior commitments and spend time with her family before heading to the U.S., a trip that was planned well in advance," a source explained. "During the month-long trip, the actress will also be attending a wedding in Italy with Nick, the bride reportedly being the daughter of a corporate bigwig."
Speaking of a wedding, Priyanka's mother, Madhu, previously shared that her daughter and Nick hadn't decided on their wedding date yet. "They haven't decided on a wedding date yet. It's too soon," she said. "Both of them have work commitments right now which they need to finish. They will take some time to decide where they want it and when they want it."
Madhu also made it clear that she wanted a traditional Indian wedding. "I'm a modern mother but at heart, I'm quite conservative," she stated.
