AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber was beyond shocked by Stefano Gabbana's remarks about his ex Selena Gomez. The Dolce & Gabbana co-founder previously came under fire for calling the former Disney darling "so ugly" on Instagram comment, and Justin is definitely among those who is mad at the fashion mogul.

"Justin is angry and annoyed that the D&G designer attacked Selena," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "Even though they are no longer together, Justin still feels protective over Selena."

The source went on saying, "Justin thinks Selena is gorgeous and he feels like the guy who went after her is old, jealous and his hurtful comment is not true at all and just lame."

The Canadian heartthrob is not the only one jumping in Selena's defense. Miley Cyrus previously lashed out at the designer. "What that d**k head said (if it's true) is f**king false and total bull s**t," Cyrus wrote in the comments section of a fan photo of the two singers hugging. "She fine as f**k," she added.

Despite the support, it seems like Selena can't help but feel upset over the insult. Another insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com that "Selena actually took the comments hard and was very disturbed and upset over them but she is relieved with the outcry from her fans and friends who are on her side and have stuck up for her."

"It's difficult when someone with a lot of clout makes those kind of disparaging comments because it is magnified so much more," the source added.

The "Hands to Myself" singer, however, tried to be positive and took this incident as a reminder to everyone on how to treat others online. "Selena is not about being bullied and she hopes people can learn from Stefano’s words and actually make a difference and not be a part of the problem," said the source.
