AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber has achieved a significant milestone by earning his first top 10 placement on Billboard's Hot Christian Songs chart with his track "Everything Hallelujah," which debuted at No. 6 on the list dated May 2.
The song garnered 2.4 million official U.S. streams and sold 1,000 copies during the tracking week of April 17-23, according to Luminate data. This marks Bieber's seventh entry on the Hot Christian Songs chart and his inaugural No. 1 debut on the Christian Streaming Songs chart.
Everything Hallelujah originates from Bieber's expanded project Swag II, which has seen increased attention following his live performances at Coachella on April 11 and April 18. The track's viral success has been amplified on TikTok, particularly due to its repetitive "hallelujah" phrase, contributing to its streaming surge.
Swag, Bieber's original album, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 last July, with Swag II arriving as an expanded edition in September. His Coachella sets have sparked renewed interest across his music catalog, further boosting streams and sales.
Prior to this, Bieber's entries on the Hot Christian Songs chart came from his 2021 EP Freedom, which peaked at No. 3 on the Top Christian Albums chart. That EP included multiple charting songs such as the title track "Freedom," which reached No. 20, "Where Do I Fit In" featuring Tori Kelly, Chandler Moore, and Judah Smith at No. 22, and "Where You Go I Follow," featuring Pink Sweat$, Moore, and Smith, which peaked at No. 25. He also charted with "We're In This Together" at No. 29, his only entry without a featured collaborator.
Since his first Billboard chart appearance in 2009, Bieber has placed 13 albums on the Billboard 200, including 11 that reached the top 10 and eight that claimed the No. 1 spot. Additionally, he has charted 123 songs on the Billboard Hot 100, with 27 reaching the top 10 and eight hitting No. 1.
