The legendary pop diva announces on Twitter that she will appear in first episode of the new season, much to everyone's excitement.

AceShowbiz - Fans have one more reason to tune in to "RuPaul's Drag Race" when it returns for season 10. The long-running VH1 show has tapped Christina Aguilera to appear in the upcoming new season as a guest judge.

The legendary diva took to her Twitter account on Thursday, March 1 to share the big news to her 17 million followers. The "Candyman" hitmaker has been booked to appear in the season premiere. "It's showtime! Let's go girls. Don't miss me on the season X premiere of @RuPaulsDragRace March 22 at 8/7c! #DragRaceXtina," so she captioned a short preview of her belting out a high note on the show's main stage. The singer can be seen donning a drag makeup with a white wig.

Fans are happy knowing that Xtina will be making an appearance on the fan favorite show. "I'M SHAKING," writes an excited fan, while another user gushes, "finally rupaul is giving the gays everything they want."

Christina's guest-judging will follow Lady GaGa's appearance in season 9's premiere. During the Mother Monster's stint, she interacted with the contestants and even moved one of them to tears as she sat and held the singer's hand.

"There's an ease and familiarity that is apparent when you watch her," said Emmy-winning host RuPaul of the "Million Reasons" hitmaker's appearance on the show. "We had a fabulous time with GaGa. She was in heaven because this is all so much a part of her wheelhouse and what she does with imagery, costumes, and the way she presents herself."

As for the upcoming season, RuPaul said, "While preparing for season 10, I realized that one of our contestants was 11 years old when we first launched 'Drag Race'. The fact that we're still here and still going strong is because of our talented queens. They are the heart and soul of the series. And as they continue to evolve and push the boundaries of drag, so does 'Drag Race'."
