A source reveals that the 'Treat You Better' singer and the 20-year-old model stayed close 'all night' at her Halloween party, adding that they left the soiree together at 1 A.M. holding hands.

The 19-year-old Canadian singer and the 20-year-old model just added fuel to rumor that they're dating after they're spotted cozying up to each other at her and BFF Kendall Jenner's Halloween bash on Tuesday, October 31 at Delilah in West Hollywood.
PEOPLE is the first to reveal that Hailey and Shawn spent quality time together at the party that night. A source tells the site that the "Treat You Better" crooner "had his arm around Hailey and stayed by her side all night." The source added that the rumored new lovebirds left the bash together at 1 A.M. holding hands.
Reps for Hailey and Shawn have not responded to a request for comment. But it's not the first time that the alleged new couple has been spotted together. Last month they fueled rumor that they're dating when they were spotted at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights. A few days later they're seen enjoying dinner together.
Prior to being rumored to date Shawn, Hailey was linked to a string of handsome young men. The model daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin previously dated another Canadian heartthrob, Justin Bieber, and has been linked to the likes NBA stars Chandler Parsons and Jordan Clarkson since her split from the "Sorry" hitmaker.
In mid this year, Hailey was rumored to be romantically linked to male model Cameron Dallas. A source said that they're casually dating after meeting "through friends and had an instant connection." The source continued, "They are both signed with IMG [modeling] agency and run in the same friend group." The two were longtime friends, "but most recently they've taken their friendship to the next level," the source added.
While they didn't "want anything serious" at the rime, they did enjoy spending time together. "Hailey wants to keep it low-key between them," the insider revealed. "It's not serious, but they are definitely into each other." Another source said they're "hanging out" but were not exclusive. "Hailey likes him so time will tell," claimed the second source.
